About modification of the Procedure for issue of vouchers for maintenance of competitiveness of persons in the labor market

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for issue of vouchers for maintenance of competitiveness of persons in the labor market approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2013 No. 207 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 26, Art. 867; 2015, No. 80, Art. 2677; 2020, No. 23, the Art. 891), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except the subitem 2 of Items 1 and 2 of the changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective along with entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of January 26, 2022 No. 2010-IX "About social and legal protection of persons, concerning which established fact of deprivation of personal liberty as a result of the armed aggression against Ukraine, and members of their families", but not earlier than day of its publication.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for issue of vouchers for maintenance of competitiveness of persons in the labor market

1. In Item 1:
