In Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 240 "Questions of declaring of change of wholesale selling prices on medicines" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 56, Art. 1528; 2015, No. 54, Art. 1740; 2017, No. 13, Art. 361, No. 26, Art. 749; 2019, No. 21, Art. 716, No. 43, Art. 1483; 2020, No. 10, Art. 373, No. 34, Art. 1137; 2021, No. 11, Art. 466, No. 67, Art. 4230):
Paragraph two of subitem 4 to state 1) in the following edition:
"the medicines which are subject to reference pricing and concerning which extreme wholesale selling prices according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 3, 2019 No. 426 "About reference pricing on some medicines which are bought for budgetary funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 43, by the Art. 1483), except those medicines on which due to the lack of the prices of such medicines in the reference countries (the Republic of Poland, the Slovak Republic, the Czech Republic, the Republic of Latvia, Hungary) and limiting Ukraine wholesale selling prices are not calculated are established;";
2) to add Item with the subitem 5 of the following content:
