About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures

Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 7.13.1 "Receipt of the breeding certificate confirming origin and breeding (genetic) value of breeding animal, breeding herd for the purposes of realization of breeding products (material) out of limits of the Republic of Belarus" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 7.13.3 "Receipt of the breeding certificate confirming origin and breeding (genetic) value of breeding animal, breeding herd for the purposes of realization of breeding products (material) within the Republic of Belarus" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 7.17.1 "Entering of information on the manufacturer of animal products into information system in the field of traceability of animal products" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 7.18.1 "Entering of information on the owner of animal (herds) into the register of owners of animal (herds)" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 7.19.1 "Receipt of the passport of animal (herd) for the purposes of its realization out of limits of the Republic of Belarus" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 7.20.1 "Introduction of information into the register of means of identification" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 7.21.1 "Inclusion of information (information) about the subject of breeding livestock production, type, breed, cross-country, type, population, quantity of breeding animals, the breeding herds divorced by the subject of breeding livestock production in the register of subjects of breeding livestock production" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 7.22.1 "Receipt of the quality certificate on the grain, flour, grain imported to the Republic of Belarus or exported, and also bakery and the pasta imported to the Republic of Belarus" (are attached).

2. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of May 14, 2021 No. 29 "About establishment of form of the passport of animal (herd) and forms of statements" the following changes:

the third and fifth Item 1 to exclude paragraphs;

to be reworded as follows appendices 3 and 5 to this resolution (are applied).

3. This resolution becomes effective since March 27, 2022.
