1. Delegate public administration of the Joint stock company-Talinsky district of the Naryn region the following powers:

- creation, abolition, reorganization of the jurisdictional coal-mining state enterprise "Joint Stock Company-Talaa Komur";

- approval of the charter of the specified state company, introduction in it of changes and (or) amendments;

- control of financial and economic activities of the specified state company.

2. Determine that:

- the head of the state company specified in Item 1 of this resolution is appointed to position and dismissed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on representation of the head of public administration of the Joint stock company-Talinsky district of the Naryn region;

- measures of encouragement and disciplinary responsibility are applied by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on representation of the head of public administration of the Joint stock company-Talinsky district of the Naryn region to the head of the above-stated state company.

3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About streamlining of activities of the state companies" of September 11, 2019 No. 468 the following change:
