Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 7, 1998 No. 653 "About procedure for sale of precious metals and gemstones, gemstones of organogenic education and semiprecious stones from the State fund of precious metals and gemstones" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 19, Art. 697; 2012, No. 91, the Art. 3689) changes which are applied.
2. Determine the state company "PROZORRO.PRODAZHI" which treats the sphere of management of the Ministry of Economics, responsible for ensuring functioning of electronic trading system selling amber at auctions - the administrator of electronic trading system.

1. In the resolution:

Procedure for sale of precious metals and gemstones, gemstones of organogenic education (except amber) and semiprecious stones from the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of Ukraine;
Procedure for sale of amber from the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of Ukraine.".
