About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with determination of measures for increase in efficiency of activities of the Tashkent subway

In recent years complex measures for radical enhancement of transport system of the country, in particular to expansion of network of the Tashkent subway, development of infrastructure of the airports, further improvement of quality of rendering services by the companies of civil aviation to passengers are performed.

Along with it proceeding from the reforms performed in this directions there is need of development of system of public administration for the transport sphere, activities of the Tashkent subway, and also further enhancement of regulations of acts of the legislation in the field of civil aviation.

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of the Tashkent subway, further improvement of quality of rendering services to passengers in the subway, supports of the companies of civil aviation, further acceleration of the processes of transformation which are carried out in the aviation sphere:

1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:

reduction in compliance of the existing regulatory legal acts in connection with transfer Tashkent Subway Unitary Enterprise from system of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari in system of the Ministry of transport, and also with change of form of business Tashkent Subway Unitary Enterprise on the state unitary enterprise;

ensuring with sufficient means of the works on capital repairs providing replacement of the equipment and the stock necessary for activities of the Tashkent subway;

state support of the companies of civil aviation.

2. To the Ministry of Finance to introduce to the Cabinet of Ministers the bill providing modification and amendments in the Tax code of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning release of lines, stations of the subway and constructions of electrodepot from the land tax and the property tax since January 1, 2023 in a month.
