About approval of the Regulations on procedure and terms of transfer of state-owned property to municipalities

1. Approve Regulations on procedure and terms of transfer of state-owned property to municipalities it (is applied).

2. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to determine the list of the state-owned property able in two-month time to be transferred to the stipulated in Item municipal possession of the 5th this provision and to inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.

I. General provisions

1. This Provision is prepared according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About cession of property in municipal property".
