According to the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics", Item 53 of the Consular charter of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 25, 2016 No. 240, Item 41 of Rules of transfer of the children who are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan on adoption, No. approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 30, 2012 380, and the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of registration in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and implementation by foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan of control of the children who are the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan transferred to adoption to foreigners.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the State secretary – the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 11, 2003 No. 08-1/31 "About approval of the Instruction for registration of the children who are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, transferred to adoption (adoption) to foreigners" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 2264, 2003, Art. No. 25-26, 866) is published in the Bulletin of regulatory legal acts of the central executive and other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
