According to article 29 of the Law No. 221-XVI of October 19, 2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, 396), with subsequent changes and amendments, and also for the purpose of the prevention of emergence of the diseases of the person caused by consumption of the meat infected with trichinellas of establishment of the specific regulations applied to check of meat on availability of trichinellas the Government DECIDES: Art. No. 125-129,

1. Approve Veterinary and sanitary regulations on establishment of the specific regulations applied to official checks of meat on availability of trichinellas according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 2.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.
