Based on part five of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2008 "About traffic" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 313-Z
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for development and project change of the organization of traffic it (is applied).
2. To republican state bodies to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to take other measures for its realization.
3. Grant to the Ministry of Internal Affairs the right to explain questions of application of this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since September 22, 2022.
