1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 5, 2013 No. 929 "About approval of Rules of registration, issue, replacement, delivery, withdrawal and destruction of the certificate of birth" the following changes:

"According to the subitem 1) of article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About identity documents" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:";
The rules of registration, issue, replacement, delivery, withdrawal and destruction of the certificate of birth (further – Rules) approved by the specified resolution to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for Item 3 of Rules which becomes effective since July 1, 2023.
