Rules of provision of financial support to subjects of the Russian Federation for the purpose of financial provision of actions for provision of lump sum payments on acquisition by property of social payments on acquisition of premises based on the issued and state housing certificates to the residents of Kherson and part of the Kherson region who left the place of permanent residence and arrived in the emergency procedure to other territories of the Russian Federation on the permanent residence.

2. To the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation to send to the public company "Fund of Development of the Territories" in accordance with the established procedure means of the federal budget within limits of the budget obligations brought in accordance with the established procedure to the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation as the receiver of the means of the federal budget, as property fee of the Russian Federation in property of the public company "Fund of Development of the Territories" on the purpose of implementation of actions provided by this resolution.
