About approval of the Hygienic standard rate "The list of substances, products, production processes, household and natural factors, cancerogenic for the person"

According to article 40 of the Law of Ukraine "About ensuring sanitary and epidemic wellbeing of the population", to the paragraph to third the subitem 14 of Item 4, to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 90), for the purpose of the prevention of the danger caused by effect of cancerogenic substances (factors) per capita, I ORDER to No.:

1. Approve the Hygienic standard rate "The list of substances, products, production processes, household and natural factors, cancerogenic for the person" which is applied.

2. To management of public health and prevention of incidence (Danilenko A. N.) provide submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of January 13, 2006 No. 7 "About approval of the Hygienic standard rate "The list of substances, products, production processes, household and natural factors, cancerogenic for the person", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 06, 2006 for No. 100/11974.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of health care of Ukraine - the chief state health officer of Ukraine the Cousin I.V.
