About approval of Requirements for equipment and operation of units authorized to own, distribute and issue medicines of veterinary appointment

Based on part (4) article 25 of the Law No. 119/2018 on medicines of veterinary appointment (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 309-320, 468) and parts (1) article 37 of the Law No. 221/2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 125-129, 396), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Requirements for equipment and operation of units authorized to own, distribute and issue medicines of veterinary appointment, according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid some regulations, according to appendix No. 2.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.

4. This resolution becomes effective after 3 months from the date of publication, except for Item 11 of the specified requirements which becomes effective after 12 months from the date of entry into force of this resolution.
