About modification of form of the veterinary certificate on the non-food raw materials of animal origin exported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union intended for production of forages for unproductive pets and fur animals (No. form 45)

According to Item 17 of the Protocol on application of sanitary, veterinary and sanitary and quarantine phytosanitary measures (appendix No. 12 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Item 19 of appendix No. 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in form of the veterinary certificate on the non-food raw materials of animal origin exported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union intended for production of forages for unproductive pets and fur animals (No. form 45), approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of April 7, 2011 No. 607, of change according to appendix.

2. Determine that the Commissions of the Customs union made according to the Decision of April 7, 2011 the forms of the veterinary certificate issued in form No. 45 before entry into force of this Decision are used No. 607 till July 1, 2023.

3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission on modification of Chapter 44 of the Single veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) requirements imposed to the goods which are subject to veterinary control (supervision).
