According to Item 5 parts one of Article 12, "About prevention of corruption" ORDER to part three of article 51-1 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for conducting complete verification of the declaration of person authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government, No. 26/21, approved by the order of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption of January 29, 2021 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 05, 2021 for No. 158/35780, which are applied.

2. To submit to management of conducting obligatory complete checks this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption Artem Sytnik.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
