About the Procedure for the public strategic management in the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of streamlining of process of strategic management and development planning of the country, adoption of the state strategic documents, according to Articles 66, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Approve the Procedure for the public strategic management in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.

1. The public strategic management - process of public administration by strategic development of the country in general and in the separate directions, the providing growth of effectiveness of the made decisions promoting achievement of the set strategic objectives.
2. This Procedure governs the relations arising between participants of process of the public strategic management in the Kyrgyz Republic and establishes the legal basis of coordination of activities of state bodies and local government bodies within the public strategic management.
