About some questions of public institution "Center of public-private partnership" under National investments agency in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic

- in Item 1 of the word "Ministry of Economy and Trade" in different cases shall be replaced with words "National investments agency in case of the President" in the corresponding cases.
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About financing of preparation of projects of public-private partnership" of March 17, 2014 No. 147 the following changes:
in Regulations on the Fund of financing of preparation of projects of public-private partnership approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 11 in the following edition:
"11. Are part of the Supervisory board of Fund for position:
- head of the authorized state body responsible for development and realization of single state investment policy, chairman of the Supervisory board Fonda;
- the deputy manager of state body on economic policy;
- the deputy manager of state body on budget policy.";
