2. Approve the Actions plan on elimination of the violations and shortcomings specified in the report of Audit Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic on audit of execution of the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2021 according to appendix.
3. To state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1) to develop, approve the departmental actions plan on accomplishment of instructions and recommendations of Audit Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the departmental plan) about audit of execution of the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2021;
2) quarterly, no later than the 15th following the accounting period to provide information on the taken measures for accomplishment of instructions and recommendations of Audit Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic in Audit Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic;
3) annually, no later than the 15th following the accounting period to provide information on the taken measures for accomplishment of instructions and recommendations of Audit Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic in Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
