About approval of the Regulations on the procedure of change of supplier of natural gas
Based on Art. 88 of h (1) the Law No. 108/2016 on natural gas (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 193-203, the Art. 415), with subsequent changes, the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on the procedure of change of supplier of natural gas it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the Regulations on the procedure of change of supplier of natural gas by final consumers approved by the resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 676 of August 22, 2014. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, the Art. No. 372-384, 1858) registered by the Ministry of Justice No. 1010 of December 11, 2014.
3. Within a month after entry into force of the Provision to suppliers of natural gas to place on official web pages the procedure of change of supplier of natural gas and the application form about change of supplier of natural gas containing the obligatory information specified in appendix to the Provision.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on divisions of the National agency on regulation in power.
