According to Article part three 7, to Item 2 parts two of Article 9, to Item 20 parts one of Article 17, to Item 11 of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About personal data protection", to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, and for the purpose of realization of procedure for granting by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine of information on the income of physical persons we ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for provision by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine for information from the State register of physical persons - taxpayers about the income of physical persons on requests of Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine which is applied.
2. To provide to legal Bureau of economic security department of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
