in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out land amnesty approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 10:

add with the paragraph the eighth the following content:
"-written consent of adjacent land users for the parcels of land in settlements;";
- add with Item 10-1 of the following content:
"10-1. The procedure for forming of lists of users, carrying out the public notification, acceptance by executive bodies of local self-government of decisions on fixing of the property rights to subjects of land amnesty in the cities of Bishkek and Osh is regulated according to the procedure, established by Chapter 4-1 of this provision.";
