About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 24, 2020 No. 254
In pursuance of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2022 "About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" and for the purpose of implementation of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of March 17, 2022 No. 39 "About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Council of the Eurasian economic commission concerning separate types of motor vehicles with electric motors" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 311
1. Bring in Item 3 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 24, 2020 No. 254 "About introduction of systems of electronic passports" the following changes:
in subitem 3.1 of the word to "individual entrepreneurs" shall be replaced with words "to physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs,";
in subitem 3.7:
"in the Section of the electronic passport "Administrative information" to exclude from paragraph one of the word;
after paragraph one to add the subitem with paragraphs of the following content:
"in the Section of the electronic passport of the Additional information vehicle - the record "The Decision of Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission of March 17, 2022 No. 39 Imposes Restrictions" according to item 4 of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of March 17, 2022 No. 39 "About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Council of the Eurasian economic commission concerning separate types of motor vehicles with electric motors";
in the Section of the electronic passport "Administrative information":".
2. This resolution becomes effective since November 2, 2022.
