Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 19, 2012 No. 1069 "About criteria of reference of solid, liquid and gaseous waste to radioactive waste, criteria of reference of radioactive waste to special radioactive waste and to the deleted radioactive waste and criteria of classification of the deleted radioactive waste" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 44, Art. 6017; 2015, No. 6, Art. 974).

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2024.

1. In criteria of reference of the solid, liquid and gaseous waste to radioactive waste approved by the specified resolution:

a) add with Item 1 (1) the following content:

"1(1).
