About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 11, 2022 No. 851

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 11, 2022 No. 851 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 3, 2022 No. 252" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 20, the Art. 3314).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 11, 2022 No. 851

1. State Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Approve enclosed:

the list of legal entities to whom special economic measures are applied;

the list of the legal entities performing activities in the field of military and technical cooperation to whom special economic measures are applied.".

2. In Item 2 of the word "in the list approved" shall be replaced with words "in the lists approved".

3. In Item 5:

a) paragraph two after the word "list" to add with words "legal entities to whom special economic measures are applied";

b) in paragraph three of the word "being under sanctions" shall be replaced with words "specified in the list of legal entities to whom special economic measures are applied approved by this resolution, and also the organizations which are under their control".

4. Add with Item 5 (1) the following content:
