About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Article 30 of the Law on compensation No. 847/2002 (2002, Art. No. 50-52, 336), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (3-1) following of content:

"(3-1) Payroll distribution to personnel of the self-supporting companies receiving the financial resources from the national public budget managed through the single treasurer account of the Ministry of Finance are performed by means of government electronic payment service into payment accounts of workers in the procedure established by the Government.".

Art. II. - Part (4) article 10 of the Law on single system of compensation in the budget sphere No. 270/2018 (2018, Art. No. 441-447, 715), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the offer: "Payroll distribution to personnel of budget units is performed by means of government electronic payment service into payment accounts of workers in the procedure established by the Government.".

Art. III. - (1) This law becomes effective on January 1, 2024.

(2) to the Government in six-months time from the date of publication of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
