About modification of some regulations

Art. I. - In part (2) article 25 of the Law on access to property and joint use of the accompanying infrastructure of networks of electronic communications of general use No. 28/2016 (2016, Art. No. 100-105, 194), with subsequent changes, words by "the issuer of the town-planning certificate and construction license" to exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

Art. II. - In the Law on permission of accomplishment of construction works No. 163/2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 155-158, 549), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. 3. In part (1) Article 12:
