1. Approve Regulations on procedure for attraction of non-paid assistance to the sphere of support and development of mass media according to appendix.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 01.11.2012 No. 313

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan Aripova A. N. and Azimova R. S.

Regulations on procedure for attraction of non-paid assistance to the sphere of support and development of mass media

I. General provisions

1. This Provision determines procedure for attraction of non-paid assistance to the sphere of support and development of mass media for the purpose of ensuring economic independence of mass media of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - media).

2. In the field of support and development of media (further - non-paid assistance) are understood as non-paid assistance:

financial and other donations of legal entities and physical persons;
