According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 16, 2012 No. UP-4453 "About Measures for Cardinal Reducing the Statistical, Tax, Financial Reporting, the Licensed Types of Activity and Allowing Procedures" and for the purpose of creation of the most favorable business environment in the country, cardinal expense reduction in case of receipt by subjects of entrepreneurship of licenses and documents of allowing nature:

1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

3. To the ministries and departments in a month:

make changes and additions to the departmental regulatory legal acts providing decrease twice at least than the sizes of the charges paid by subjects of entrepreneurship for receipt of licenses and documents of allowing nature for implementation of business activity;

bring the departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov.

 

Appendix №1

to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 1, 2012 No. 313

Changes and additions made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 03.05.2018 No. 321

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 18.03.2017 No. PP-2847

3. In Item 3 of the Section IV of Rates of duties, rates of the charges and other non-tax payments levied in foreign currency by the ministries, departments and bodies of economic board, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 19, 1993 No. 423, figure "2000" to replace with figure "1000".

4. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 26, 1995 No. 21 "About measures for normalization of calculations in the national economy, to increase in responsibility for their timely carrying out and strengthening of payment discipline":

7. In Item 8 of the Regulations on procedure for application of excise stamps in the Republic of Uzbekistan on the imported and made tobacco products and alcoholic beverages, the Cabinet of Ministers approved by the resolution of August 14, 1996 No. 285 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1996, No. 8, the Art. 24):

a) the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"Excise stamps are issued by regional departments OAKB of Agrobank, according to requests of the business entities making and delivering products which are subject to obligatory marking";

b) add with the paragraph of the following content:

"Excise stamps are issued by regional departments OAKB of Agrobank according to requests of importers of alcoholic products and tobacco products in the presence in requests of mark of the State Customs Committee".

8. In paragraph three of Item 13 of Rules of stay of the foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 21, 1996 No. 408, of the word "two times a week" and "within a day" to replace with the word "weekly".

13. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 25, 1998 No. 410 "About measures for enhancement of activities of investment and privatization investment funds":

a) in Item 74 of appendix No. 2:

in paragraph one of the word "in coordination with authorized state body on regulation of the security market" shall be replaced with words "according to the procedure, established by the legislation";

state paragraph two in the following edition:

"During actions for reorganization of investment funds funds shall bring the statutory documents and investment portfolios into accord with the restrictions of activities of funds provided by paragraphs 4 - 7, 9, 13, the 14th Item 60 of this provision";

b) in appendix No. 3:

in paragraph seven of Item 5 of the word "in coordination with the Center for coordination and control of functioning of the security market under the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further-the Center)" shall be replaced with words "according to the procedure, established by the legislation";

add Item 13 with the words "on coordination and control of functioning of the security market under the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further-the Center)".

14. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 23, 1999 No. 131 "About streamlining of questions of export and import of cultural values in the Republic of Uzbekistan" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1999, No. 3, the Art. 15):
