About the state accounting of housing stock of the Republic of Uzbekistan

According to Articles 15, of 17, the Cabinet of Ministers decides 18 and 20 Housing codes of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

1. Approve:

Regulations on single system of the state accounting of housing stock in the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on procedure for inclusion of apartment houses and premises in housing stock according to appendix No. 2;

Regulations on procedure for exception of housing stock of apartment houses and premises according to appendix No. 3;

2. Provide to Goskomzemgeodezkadastr methodical management of activities of the state companies of land management and the inventory of the real estate of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and Tashkent, and also accounting of housing stock.

3. Determine that inventory cases, the registration books, other documents constituted before enforcement of the Regulations on single system of the state accounting of housing stock in the Republic of Uzbekistan are considered as valid.

4. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Uzbek SSR of December 6, 1985 N 605 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out inspection of technical and sanitary condition of apartment houses and premises and recognition their unsuitable for accommodation, and also about procedure of their re-equipment for use in other purposes or demolition" (JV UZSSR, 1985, N 12, the Art. 58).

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Hamidov B. S.
