1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for collection of the state fees, charges and other non-tax payments in foreign currency according to appendix No. 1;

rates of duties, rates of charges and other non-tax payments according to appendix No. 2;

rates of the consular fees of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.

2. Determine that:

the sizes of rates of duties, rates of charges and other non-tax payments become effective since September 1, 1993;

rates of duties, rates of charges and other non-tax payments, and also changes and amendments to existing affirm the Cabinet of Ministers according to the offer of the Ministry of Finance together with the interested ministries, the state committees, departments and bodies of economic board;
