For the purpose of allocation of the parcels of land under construction again under construction solar and windfarms for expansion of use of renewable energy resources based on the current legislation, and also according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 8, 2021 No. UP-6243 "About Measures for Ensuring Equality and Transparency in Land Relations, Reliable Protection of Land Rights and Their Transformation into Market Asset":

1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:

allocation to the Department of Energy on the right of permanent use for the state and social needs of the parcels of land necessary for construction of windfarms, substations and power lines in accordance with the terms, specified in the Investment contract and agreement on purchase of the electric power, concluded with foreign investors;

provision by the Department of Energy of the parcels of land in lease to investors for the term equal to construction and operation of windfarms;
