About measures for creation of the Educational and production cluster in oil and gas industry

For the purpose of providing with highly qualified personnel and establishing mutual integration of education, science and production in oil and gas industry, improvement of quality of education and efficiency of operation of manpower by enhancement of methods and forms of education of personnel in this industry, and also implementations of achievements of science directly in production:

1. Approve the offer of the Department of Energy, the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education, the Agency of development of public service and JSC Uzbekneftegaz on creation by production enterprises, educational, the research establishments, organizations on retraining and advanced training of personnel specified in appendix No. 1, of the Educational and production cluster in oil and gas industry (further - the Educational cluster) on the basis of cooperation agreement.

2. Determine the main activities of the Educational cluster:

ensuring mutual integration of education, science and production in oil and gas industry;

providing continuity and succession of programs and application in educational process of educational institutions of the best foreign practices, including modern educational technologies;

preparation, retraining and advanced training of specialists and scientific personnel for oil and gas industry on the basis of modern requirements according to the international educational standards proceeding from requirement of production enterprises;

broad involvement of pupils and students is direct to work practice, forming at them practical skills;

implementation of joint educational programs and scientific projects with the leading foreign highest educational and research organizations;

diversification of production and building-up of the export potential of oil and gas industry by implementation of achievements of science it is direct in production;
