About standard requirements to arrangement and hardware of the elements of customs infrastructure located in places of movement of goods through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, system of survey (examination) of persons, baggage and hand luggage

For the purpose of realization of Item 3 of Article 353 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Approve the enclosed standard requirements to arrangement and hardware of the elements of customs infrastructure located in places of movement of goods through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, system of survey (examination) of persons, baggage and hand luggage.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 6 months from the date of its official publication.

I. General provisions

1. These standard requirements determine requirements to arrangement and hardware of again under construction or reconstructed buildings, constructions, rooms, the open areas equipped with technical means of customs control, engineering, information, telecommunication systems and means of their providing (elements of customs infrastructure) located in places of movement of goods through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the Union), system of survey (examination) of persons, baggage and hand luggage.
