About questions of marking of separate goods in the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of implementation of article 4 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, ensuring protection of domestic manufacturers and consumers from counterfeit products, strengthening of administration of unaccounted/illicit movement of goods and reducing shadow turnover, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

- Regulations on marking of goods in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

- The list of the separate goods which are subject to obligatory marking for the purpose of the taxation in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, and terms of introduction of obligatory marking (further - the List of the marked goods) according to appendix 2.

2. Determine that the subjects of economic activity performing turnover of goods, subject to obligatory marking in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- put the funds of marking for the goods made, imported/imported, realized in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, which are subject to obligatory marking according to the Provision approved by this resolution;

- perform turnover of unmarked goods in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic before the term of introduction of prohibition on realization of the unmarked goods specified in the List of the marked goods.

3. To authorized tax authority together with the operator of national system of marking and traceability of the marked goods:

- resolve the organizational technical issues connected with introduction of obligatory marking of separate types of goods in case of their production, import/import to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic;
