Qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for implementation of activities in the field of hydrocarbons include availability:

The production schedules describing technology and procedure for the accomplishment of the declared licensed subspecies of activities (works) certified by seal (in case of its availability) and the signature of the first head of the applicant or person, it replacing – for legal entities, or the signature of the applicant – for physical persons, with indication of the main used installations and (or) the equipment

form of data *, containing information on availability of the approved production schedules on the declared activities subspecies

it is not required for activities on: to creation of basic project documents for fields of hydrocarbons and the analysis of development of fields of hydrocarbons; to creation of technical project documents for fields of hydrocarbons; operation of bulk distribution lines.

Availability of the approved production schedules is established by the licensor by carrying out allowing control with visit of the applicant by results of which the conclusion about compliance or discrepancy of the applicant to qualification requirements according to Item 2 of article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About permissions and notifications" is constituted

On the property right or other legal cause:

1) production base to the address specified in the statement for receipt of the license and (or) appendix to the license (the production room / warehouse / workshop) for activities subspecies:

trade researches in case of exploration and production of hydrocarbons;

seismoprospecting works in case of exploration and production of hydrocarbons;

geophysical works in case of exploration and production of hydrocarbons;

prostrelochno-explosive works in wells in case of exploration and production of hydrocarbons;

well-drilling on the land, at the sea and on internal reservoirs in case of exploration and production of hydrocarbons;

underground repair, testing, development, approbation, preservation, liquidation of wells in case of exploration and production of hydrocarbons;

cementation of wells in case of exploration and production of hydrocarbons;

increase in oil recovery of oil layers and performance improvement of wells in case of exploration and production of hydrocarbons;

works on prevention and liquidation of floods on fields of hydrocarbons at the sea;

operation of petrochemical productions;

2) the building or the non-residential premise (office) to the address specified in the statement for receipt of the license and (or) appendix to the license for implementation of activities on:

to creation of basic project documents for fields of hydrocarbons and the analysis of development of fields of hydrocarbons; to creation of technical project documents for fields of hydrocarbons

form of data *, containing:

1) accession number of technical data sheet of production base / building /

non-residential premise (office) (identification characteristics of real estate object);

2) number, date, term of the agreement of lease /

trust management – in case of lease /

trust management

in case of availability of production base on the property right or other legal cause (lease / trust management for the term of more than one year) information is obtained from information system "The state database "Register of the Real Estate".

Availability of the specified objects and supporting documents is established by the licensor by carrying out allowing control with visit of the applicant by results of which the conclusion about compliance or discrepancy of the applicant to qualification requirements according to Item 2 of article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About permissions and notifications" is constituted

On the property right or other legal cause for the declared activities subspecies:

1) for trade researches in case of exploration and production of hydrocarbons – borehole devices and the equipment (selection of deep tests, measurement of reservoir pressure and temperature) and installation (winch) for hoisting transactions

form of data *, containing:

the name, brand, year of release, serial number of manufacturing plant of borehole devices (selection of deep tests, measurement of reservoir pressure and temperature) and installations (winch) for hoisting transactions in well;

location ***

in case of lack of serial number of manufacturing plant number of wines codes or other identification number is specified.

Availability of borehole devices and installation (winch) and supporting documents is established by the licensor by carrying out allowing control with visit of the applicant by results of which the conclusion about compliance or discrepancy of the applicant to qualification requirements according to Item 2 of article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About permissions and notifications" is constituted
