About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2022"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2022" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2022, No. 3, Art. 12 with the following changes) the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

in paragraph three of figure "2.648.147.612,8" and "2.224.271.954,6" to replace respectively with figures "2.650.147.612,8" and "2.226.271.954,6";

in paragraph six of figure "1.108.369.817,3" and "1.010.603.106" to replace respectively with figures "1.110.369.817,3" and "1.012.603.106".

2. In article 5 of figure "3.644.896.972,9" to replace with figures "3.646.896.972,9".

3. State Article 38 in the following edition:

"Article 38. Determine that in 2022 as exception of provisions of Article 24-2 of the Budget code of Ukraine, to 50 percent of means of the state road fund go to construction and reconstruction of the international automobile check points with the countries of the European Union according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

4. Make changes to Appendices No. 2 and No. 3 in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2022" according to appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to this Law.
