About approval of the Regulations on procedure for administration of National ecological fund
Based on part (3) Articles 85, Article 86 and Items b) and d) article 86-1 of the Law No. 1515/1993 on environmental protection (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1993, No. 10, the Art. 283), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for administration of National ecological fund it (is applied).
2. Appoint public organization "National Bureau on Implementation of Projects in the field of the Environment", organizational structure from the sphere of competence of the Ministry of the environment, responsible for administration of National ecological fund.
3. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 988/1998 about approval of the Regulations on ecological funds (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 92-93, 962), with subsequent changes.
4. Return to beneficiaries the projects offered for financing from National ecological fund which were not considered by Administrative board of National ecological fund and on which before the date of entry into force of this resolution the agreement on realization and financing of the project was not signed.
5. Transfer to the control to public organization "National Bureau on Implementation of Projects in the field of the Environment" and finance from National ecological fund the projects which are in implementation process, including in the field of ensuring access of the population to high-quality drinking water and sanitation, financed from National ecological fund.
The projects which are on the date of entry into force of this resolution in implementation process, financed by means of National ecological fund to complete according to the procedures established by the existing regulatory base before entry into force of this resolution.
