About modification of some Orders of the Government

In the Order of the Government No. 1249/2018 about the organization and functioning of Public institution "Division on implementation of projects in the field of the environment" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 513-525, 1353), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the name and in all text of the resolution:

a) the text of "Public institution" division on implementation of projects in the field of the environment" and the text "Public organization "Division on Implementation of Projects in the field of the Environment" in any grammatical form to replace with the text "Public organization "National Bureau on Implementation of Projects in the field of the Environment" in the corresponding grammatical form;

b) to replace abbreviation of "PVPOS" with abbreviation of "NBVPOS";

2) in the resolution:

a) state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. Approve:

1) the Charter of public organization "National Bureau on Implementation of Projects in the field of the Environment", according to appendix No. 2;
