Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In appendix No. 2 to the Regulations on licensing of activities for the storage and destruction of chemical weapon approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 22, 2012 No. 155 "About licensing of activities for storage and destruction of chemical weapon" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 10, Art. 1243; 2022, No. 1, Art. 127):

a) add with Item 1 (1) the following content:

"1(1). The organization and implementation of licensed control is implemented with use of the state information system "The Prototype Cloudy Solution on Automation of Control (Supervising) Activities" (further - information system).

The data containing in the register of licenses of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in the automatic mode are provided in information system for the purpose of ensuring automation of licensed control. Information exchange of information system and information systems of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation is performed with use of single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction or by means of program technical means of information systems.";

b) in Item 11:
