1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on licensing of activities for storage and destruction of chemical weapon.

The subitem 15 of Item 2 of the Regulations on differentiation of powers of the federal executive bodies participating in accomplishment of the international obligations of the Russian Federation in the field of the chemical disarmament approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 2, 2007 No. 421 (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 28, Art. 3434; 2009, N 12, Art. 1429; 2011, No. 9, of the Art. 1246) to state in the following edition:
