RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

Based on part one of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" and in pursuance of paragraph two of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2022 No. 197-Z "About change of the laws concerning the security market" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 240

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. No. 271 "About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning implementation of ministerial procedures" to exclude Items 49-54 of appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 6, 2020;

1.2. in the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing, No. 548 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 (further – the single list):

1.2.1. in Item 14.4:

add the column "Name of Ministerial Procedure" with words ", registration of the prospectus of the issue, the changes and (or) additions made to the prospectus of the issue";

from the column "Name of Ministerial Procedure" of subitem 14.4.1 of the word "placed by carrying out the opened or closed sale", and ", assurance of summary of bond emission – in case of bond emission, placed by carrying out open sale" to exclude;

exclude subitems 14.4.3 and 14.4.7;

to add the column "Name of Ministerial Procedure" of subitem 14.4.8 after words of "issue of securities" with words ", except for exchange and depositary bonds";

to state the column "Name of Ministerial Procedure" of subitem 14.4.9 in the following edition:
