About modification of the Regulations on debt repayment payment by installments on penalty fee before the budget of the national social insurance

Based on h (5) and (6) Art. 28 of the Law No. 489/1999 on the state social security system, and also for accomplishment of the specified provisions which became effective since January 1, 2022 I ORDER:

1. (With the subsequent amendments) to make the following additions and changes to the Regulations on debt repayment payment by installments on penalty fee before the budget of the national social insurance approved by the Order NKSS No. 98-A of 15.05.2015:

a) in Item 1 the text "Art. 11 of the Law on the budget of the national social insurance for 2015 No. 73 of April 12, 2015. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 102-104/174 of April 28, 2015)" shall be replaced with words "h (5) and (6) Art. 28 of the Law No. 489/1999 on the state system of social insurance (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 1-4 of June 6, 2000, the Art. 2)".

b) in Item 14 the first offer to add with the text "the cover letter directed to the payer, the NKSS territorial subdivision and the State Tax Administration";

c) to change appendix No. 1 and appendix No. 2 to the Regulations on debt repayment payment by installments on penalty fee before the budget of the national social insurance approved by the Order NKSS No. 98-A of 15.05.2015 according to the sample given in appendices to this order.

2. To head department of administration of payments and payers within two working days to inform specialists of territorial cash desks of social insurance of provision of this order by means of placement in IS "e-Biblioteca".
