1. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the database on accounting of availability of objects of social infrastructure it (is applied).
2. Determine the republican unitary enterprise "Center of Information Technologies of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus" the operator of the automated information system by accounting of availability of objects of social infrastructure (further - AIS "Available Circle").
3. Recommend to the local executive and administrative organs responsible for coordination of work in regions on entering of data on availability of objects of social infrastructure into the database AIS "Available Circle" and updatings of these data, to determine the structural divisions of local executive and administrative organs performing state powers of authority in the field of work, employment and social protection.
4. Republican organization for state registration of real estate, rights to it and transactions with it:
4.1. till January 10, 2023 according to the agreement on information exchange to provide on a grant basis to the operator of AIS "Available Circle" of the data from the single state register of real estate, the rights to it of both transactions with it and the register of addresses of the Republic of Belarus for forming of the database AIS "Available Circle";
4.2. since January 1, 2024 to provide to the operator of AIS "Available Circle" the information from the register of addresses of the Republic of Belarus for maintaining the database AIS "Available Circle".
