Recognize voided the Rules of the market of electrical energy approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 212/2015 of October 9, 2015 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, No. 332-339, to the Art. 2405) registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1081 of December 1, 2015.

3. Provisions of item 1 and item 2 become effective since June 1, 2022, except for appendices to Rules of the market of electrical energy which becomes effective since January 1, 2021.

4. Within 6 months from the date of publication of this resolution GP "Moldelectrica" as the operator of the transferring system to develop and transfer to approval to the Agency:

1) project of changes of the Code of power networks;

2) requirements to registration of the participant of the market of the balancing electric power;

3) the standard agreement for participation in the market of the balancing electric power;

4) the procedure of development, transfer and approval of daily offers for the balancing electric power;

5) the standard agreement on balancing;
