About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather state statistical activities

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1) part the fifth article 24-2 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine about health care (Sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 4, Art. 19; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of December 15, 2021 No. 1962-IX) after words of "persons with disability" to add with the words "with the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of statistics";

2) article 34-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About traffic" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 31, Art. 338; 2015, No. 35, Art. 343; 2018, No. 15, Art. 120; 2021, 23, the Art. 197) to add No. with part seven of the following content:

"Information from the Unified state register of vehicles is free of charge provided to the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of statistics for the purpose of use in the statistical purposes";

Article 3-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantee of their social protection" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 45, of Art. 425 with subsequent changes) after part four to add 3) with new part of the following content:

"Information or other personal data on person from the register is free of charge provided to the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of statistics for use in the statistical purposes".
