Add the resolution with item 4 of the following content:
"4. Determine that:
in case of obtaining from JSC Ukrpochta of the message on recovery of technical capability to perform pension payments in the disoccupied settlements of territorial communities of the Zaporizhia, Donetsk, Luhansk, Nikolaev, Kharkiv or Kherson regions the Pension fund of Ukraine urgently without addresses of receivers provides renewal of pension payment which was stopped during the period since August 1, 2022 according to item 4 of part one of article 49 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance", and production of data on payment of such pensions;
