1. Make change to Item 1.1 of Terms of the contract on transfer on the right of economic maintaining the state-owned property which is in state-owned property and it is used in the course of implementation of activities for transportation of natural gas through bulk distribution lines, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 15, 2019 No. 942 "Some questions of property administration which is in state-owned property and it is used for ensuring transportation of natural gas by trunk gas pipelines" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 12, of the Art. 471), having excluded the paragraph the thirteenth.
2. To Department of Energy as the subject of management of state-owned property which is used in the course of implementation of activities for transportation of natural gas by bulk distribution lines to take measures for the purpose of replacement of the party in the agreement signed on the basis of the specified Conditions.
