About compensation of the government civil servants of systems of bodies of prosecutor's office and courts of law
Based on subitem 7.1.1 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish:
1.1. official coefficients for determination of the sizes of official pay rates of public prosecutor's workers, workers of system of bodies of prosecutor's office according to appendices 1-4;
1.2. official coefficients for determination of the sizes of official pay rates of heads and specialists district (city), regional, Minsk city courts, economic courts of areas (city of Minsk) according to appendices 5-6.
2. Determine that compensation of public prosecutor's workers, workers of system of bodies of prosecutor's office, heads and specialists district (city), regional, Minsk city courts, economic courts of areas (city of Minsk) is made according to the legislation.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 7.
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
