2. Declare invalid the paragraph the fifth the subitem "e" of Item of 3 changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 5, 2020 No. 1788, No. 1788 and recognition approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 15, 2022 No. 8 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 5, 2020 No. 806 which voided separate provision of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 17, 2016" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 4, the Art. 638).
3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2023.
